Shipping

There is a $10 postage fee on all orders within Australia.

We are currently not shipping international, however special orders can be arranged on request. Please contact us for more information.

Returns and Refunds

We are happy to accept the return of products owing to manufacturing defects within 21 days from the date of purchase.  The invoice must be included.  After inspection, you will receive a refund or replacement with free shipping.  The refund will be credited directly to your bank account.

Gourmet Soap Kitchen cannot accept any returned items for credit.  If your order has been incorrectly filled, Gourmet Soap Kitchen will credit you for the goods incorrectly supplied as long as we are notified within 5 days of the receipt of the order.
